Technical sales personnel will focus on understanding your needs and your project's requirements as well as any special challenges. Milestones personnel will work closely with you and/or your project team to identify all the specifications and special conditions for your project.  They will then help you determine a fabric building solution that addresses your needs and requirements.

2.   Value Engineering and Design to Meet Your Local Building Code:

Milestones Building & Design will work with engineering to plan the most unique site challenges, including integrated connections to existing structures and support, and hanging loads for specialty HVAC, crane systems or fire protection.

Engineering support for your permitting efforts will be provided.  Milestones Building & Design will provide a structure designed and verified to meet the applicable codes for your geographic region. This may include drawings, calculation package(s), or attendance at meetings as required.

The standard structural permit package for the fabric structure includes: 

• Isometric drawings

• Design criteria sheets

• Foundation loads

• Elevation Drawings

• Plan Drawings

This Includes sealing of the permit package by a registered professional engineer.

Additional services include color renderings for pre-sale or permit board presentations or for the client's marketing uses once the design is finalized.

3.  Project Management, Can Include Permitting, Through Project Completion:

Project Management is an essential part of all successful client relationships.  Milestones is proud to offer highly trained professionals with decades of industry, and product management experience.  From the initial site inspection, preliminary design meetings and permit application, to the coordination of engineering, manufacturing and construction, the ongoing lines of communication will be consistent and thorough to achieve the goals of the project.

4.  Construction and Installation Management and/or Supervision

• Milestones provides supervisors and construction crews who are familiar with this type of construction and are experienced at overcoming its unique challenges.

• Milestones assures finished project is safe, of the highest quality, and is completed in a timely and professional manner.

• Milestones will work with the customer, customer representatives, and/or contractors to ensure all project goals are achieved.

• Additionally, if customers wish to undertake installation, Milestones will provide the necessary support with an on-site Technical Supervisor.  Also, our supervisors are experts in erecting fabric structures and can quickly train customer work crews, maximizing their production
